Ingredients:

2 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 pre
made pizza dough or crust
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil leaves

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, combine the garlic and olive oil. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet. Place the mushrooms on top and roast for 10 minutes.
Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Top with roasted garlic and mushrooms.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves before serving.
