Ingredients:

4 meatballs (100g each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup marinara sauce (125ml)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
2 slices of Italian bread (50g each)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (20g)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the marinara sauce, garlic powder and oregano leaves and simmer for 5 minutes.
Toast the bread in a toaster or under the broiler until golden brown.
Place the meatballs on top of one slice of toast and top with the marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese. Top with the other slice of toast and serve immediately.
