Ingredients:

1/2 cup of tomato sauce
1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
2 ounces of goat cheese
1 pre
made pizza crust or dough ball (about 8 inches in diameter)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion slices and cook until they are golden brown and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza crust and top with the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the caramelized onions over the top and crumble the goat cheese over it all.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
