Ingredients:

60g gluten
free flour blend
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped finely

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200°C.
In a medium bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder and salt.
Add the olive oil and water and mix until a dough forms.
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead for 2 minutes until smooth.
Roll out the dough into a circle about 15cm in diameter and place on a greased baking tray.
Sprinkle with rosemary leaves and press lightly into the dough with your fingertips.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
