Ingredients:

1 pre
made pizza base (10 inches)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup of ricotta cheese
1/2 cup of spinach leaves, chopped finely
1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, grated

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pizza base on a baking tray.
Drizzle the olive oil over the pizza base and spread it evenly with a spoon or brush.
Spread the ricotta cheese over the pizza base evenly.
Sprinkle the spinach leaves over the ricotta cheese evenly.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the spinach leaves evenly.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the mozzarella cheese evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top and crispy on bottom.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm or at room temperature.
