Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 slices of prosciutto
1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of arugula leaves
2 tablespoons of butter, melted

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Place the two slices of sourdough bread on a cutting board. Spread the melted butter evenly over each slice.
Place the prosciutto slices on one slice of bread and top with the mozzarella cheese and arugula leaves. Top with the other slice of bread to form a sandwich.
Place the sandwich in the preheated skillet and cook for 5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
