Ingredients:

2 slices of focaccia bread
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup of roasted tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the olive oil on both sides of the focaccia bread slices.
Place the focaccia slices in the preheated skillet and cook for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
