Ingredients:

1 cup gluten
free flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
1/2 cup warm water or milk of choice

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder and salt.
Add in the olive oil or melted butter and mix until combined.
Slowly add in the warm water or milk of choice and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball shape.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each ball into an oval shape about 1/4 inch thick.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add one naan at a time to the skillet for about 2 minutes per side until lightly browned and cooked through.
