Ingredients:

100g lean steak, finely chopped
1 small shallot, finely chopped
1 teaspoon capers, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the steak, shallot, capers, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and parsley. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately on a plate or in a bowl. Enjoy!
