Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
150g gluten free flour blend (or almond flour)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together the oregano, basil, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour blend and the herb mixture until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly with a spatula or spoon.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
