Ingredients:

200g gluten
free flour blend (such as buckwheat or rice flour)
100g rye flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter/coconut oil/vegan butter/ghee
250ml warm water or non
dairy milk of choice (such as almond milk)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf tin with some oil or butter.
In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour blend, rye flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the olive oil or melted butter/coconut oil/vegan butter/ghee and mix until combined.
Slowly add the warm water or non-dairy milk of choice and mix until you have a thick batter.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf tin and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Allow to cool before slicing and serving with your favourite toppings!
