Ingredients:

200g smoked trout fillet
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped finely
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the smoker to 180°C.
Place the smoked trout fillet on a greased tray and place it in the smoker.
Smoke for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix together the butter, capers, lemon juice and salt and pepper until combined.
Once the fish is cooked through remove from the smoker and top with the caper butter mixture. Serve immediately.
