Ingredients:

2 slices of roasted pork (100g)
2 slices of ham (100g)
2 slices of Swiss cheese (50g)
2 dill pickles (30g)
1 tablespoon of yellow mustard (15ml)
1 Cuban roll (80g)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
Place the pork and ham slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, slice the pickles into thin strips and set aside.
Slice the Cuban roll in half lengthwise and spread the mustard on both sides of the roll.
Place the roasted pork and ham slices on one side of the roll, followed by the Swiss cheese and pickle strips. Top with the other half of the roll.
Place the sandwich back onto the baking sheet and bake for an additional 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly toasted.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
