Ingredients:

200g minced beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
½ cup beef stock or broth
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
½ cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
250g mashed potatoes (prepared)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 225°F. Place the minced beef in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add the diced onion, garlic, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste. Mix until everything is well combined. Place the mixture in a foil pan or smoker-safe dish. Cover with foil and place in the smoker for 45 minutes.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter then add the flour and stir until it forms a paste. Slowly add the milk while stirring continuously until it thickens into a sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste then set aside.
After 45 minutes remove the foil from the dish in the smoker and pour over the white sauce you prepared earlier. Top with mashed potatoes then return to the smoker for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Serve hot with your favorite sides! Enjoy!
