Ingredients:

200g beef sirloin, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons vegetable oil For the Peanut Sauce:
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons water
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the beef cubes, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder and ground ginger. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Thread the beef cubes onto skewers and brush with vegetable oil. Grill for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, make the peanut sauce by combining all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisking until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed with salt and pepper.
Serve the grilled beef skewers with the peanut sauce on the side for dipping or drizzling over top of the skewers before serving. Enjoy!
