Ingredients:

200g firm tofu, drained and pressed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Cut the tofu into cubes and place them in a bowl.
Add the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper to the bowl and mix until all of the cubes are evenly coated.
Place the cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Serve hot with your favorite sides or toppings!
