Ingredients:

1 boneless skinless chicken breast (150g)
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (60ml)
2 slices of pineapple (50g)
2 slices of bread (50g)
1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour the teriyaki sauce over it. Let it marinate for 5 minutes.
Brush the pineapple slices with olive oil on both sides and place them on the grill or grill pan. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until lightly charred and cooked through.
Place the marinated chicken breast on the grill or grill pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on the grill/grill pan until lightly golden brown.
Assemble the sandwich by layering one slice of bread with grilled pineapple slices, grilled chicken breast, and then top with remaining slice of bread. Serve immediately!
