Ingredients:

200g beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
200g asparagus spears, cut into 3cm pieces
2 tablespoons water

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large wok or skillet over medium heat. Add the beef slices and cook for 3 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the garlic and ginger to the wok and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, asparagus pieces and water to the wok. Cook for 5 minutes until the asparagus is tender but still crisp.
