Ingredients:

150g lean beef steak, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or tamari sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh ginger root, grated
2 tablespoons water

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the beef slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the bell peppers to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Return the beef to the skillet along with the soy sauce or tamari sauce, sesame oil (if using), ginger root, and water. Stir to combine all ingredients together and cook for an additional 5 minutes until everything is cooked through.
