Ingredients:

200g lean beef steak, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef slices and cook until lightly browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the bell peppers to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Return the beef to the skillet along with the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey or sugar (if using), and stir to combine everything together. Cook for an additional 3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles if desired. Enjoy!
