Ingredients:

200g beef strips
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 cup broccoli florets
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef strips and cook until lightly browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the onion to the skillet and cook until softened. Then add the garlic and bell pepper strips and cook for another minute or two.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir fry for about 3 minutes or until they are tender but still crisp.
Return the beef to the skillet along with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir fry for another minute or two until everything is heated through. Serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles if desired.
