Ingredients:

250g beef steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, peeled and cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef steak slices and cook for 3 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the onion to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and carrots and cook for an additional 3 minutes until the carrots are tender.
Return the beef steak to the skillet along with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional minute until everything is heated through. Serve immediately.
