Ingredients:

200g beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 small head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef slices and cook for 3 minutes until lightly browned.
