Ingredients:

200g steak, thinly sliced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
1 prebaked pizza crust

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add steak slices and cook until lightly browned on both sides. Add peppers and onions and cook until softened. Add garlic and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium heat melt butter then whisk in flour until combined. Slowly add milk while whisking constantly until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in provolone cheese until melted and combined.
Spread white sauce over prebaked pizza crust then top with steak mixture and remaining cheese if desired. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into 8 pieces and serving warm. Enjoy!
