Ingredients:

2 turkey legs (about 1 kg)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
½ teaspoon ground black pepper For the Barbecue Sauce:
¼ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano leaves and black pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the turkey legs and place them in the smoker.
Smoke for about 2 hours or until the internal temperature of the turkey legs reaches 165°F.
Meanwhile, make the barbecue sauce by combining all of the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and stirring until combined and heated through.
Once the turkey legs are cooked through, brush them with some of the barbecue sauce and serve with extra on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
