Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced carrots
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 ounces lean ground beef
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, carrots, and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
