Ingredients:

200g lean ground beef
1 cup chopped broccoli florets
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 cup low sodium beef broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat. Add in the onion, bell pepper, and garlic and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until vegetables are softened.
Add in the beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half.
Add in the broccoli florets and stir to combine all ingredients together. Transfer mixture into prepared baking dish and spread out evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly around edges and top is lightly browned. Serve hot with your favorite sides!
