Ingredients:

500g beef brisket
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup chicken broth

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Rub the beef brisket with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and ground cumin. Place in a roasting pan.
In a small bowl mix together Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar and chicken broth. Pour over the beef brisket in the roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours or until tender.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing into thin strips for sandwiches. Serve on buns or rolls with your favorite condiments and sides. Enjoy!
