Ingredients:

120g lean ground beef
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup canned corn kernels, drained and rinsed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the onion and bell pepper to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn kernels, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper to the pan. Stir everything together until combined.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese or sour cream if desired. Enjoy!
