Ingredients:

200g lean ground beef
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the bell peppers, onion, garlic, tomato paste, oregano and basil to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are softened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over cooked rice or quinoa if desired.
