Ingredients:

120g lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups cooked green beans (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup low
fat sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain off any fat.
Add the onion, mushrooms, garlic powder, oregano and black pepper to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
In an 8-inch baking dish, layer the cooked ground beef mixture with the cooked green beans.
In a small bowl combine the sour cream or yogurt with the Parmesan cheese and spread over the top of the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly around the edges.
