Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped finely
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chicken, cranberries, walnuts, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Toast the two slices of bread until lightly golden brown.
Spread the chicken salad mixture onto one slice of toast and top with the other slice of toast to make a sandwich. Serve immediately.
