2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 ounces steak, thinly sliced
2 slices provolone cheese
2 slices Italian bread
