Ingredients:

120g ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 slices of bread of your choice
2 pickle slices

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder and onion powder until combined.
Form the mixture into a patty shape and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.
Toast the two slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet over medium heat until lightly golden brown.
Spread ketchup on one slice of toast and top with the cooked meatloaf patty and pickle slices. Top with remaining slice of toast to make a sandwich.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
