Ingredients:

200g lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons low
sodium soy sauce
2 whole wheat slider buns

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste and soy sauce. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Form the mixture into two patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Toast slider buns in a toaster oven or under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
Place cooked patties on slider buns and serve immediately.
