Ingredients:

50g lean ground beef
1/2 cup cooked spinach
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup diced mushrooms
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, tomato paste, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until vegetables are softened.
Add the cooked spinach to the skillet and mix everything together until combined.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
