Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and chicken broth. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper until combined.
Add the melted butter and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a dough.
