Ingredients:

500g ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, eggs and salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it on a greased baking sheet or aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated smoker and cook for 1 hour or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 165°F when tested with an instant-read thermometer.
Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
