Ingredients:

50g ground beef
1/2 cup cooked white rice
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup canned corn kernels, drained and rinsed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the cooked rice, onion, bell pepper, corn kernels, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper to the skillet with the beef. Stir until combined.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned on top.
