Ingredients:

1 cup of gluten free all
purpose flour
1/2 cup of buckwheat flour
1/2 cup of oat flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup of warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the gluten free all-purpose flour, buckwheat flour, oat flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into four equal parts and shape each part into a ball. Place the balls on a greased baking sheet and flatten slightly with your hands.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
