Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 ounces of roast beef deli meat
1 tablespoon of horseradish sauce
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
2 slices of tomato
2 lettuce leaves

Cooking Instructions:

Toast the two slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on one side of each slice of toast.
Place the roast beef deli meat on one slice of toast and top with the horseradish sauce.
Top with the tomato slices and lettuce leaves.
Place the other slice of toast on top and press down lightly to secure it in place.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
