Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 can of tuna in water (drained)
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread the mayonnaise on both slices of bread.
Place the tuna on one slice of bread and top with the cheddar cheese and tomatoes.
Place the other slice of bread on top and press down lightly to seal the sandwich together.
