Ingredients:

2 cups gluten
free all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled slightly
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
½ cup milk or non
dairy milk alternative

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and grated cheese until combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly with a spatula or spoon.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
