Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of honey mustard sauce
2 ounces of grilled chicken breast, sliced into strips
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/4 cup of shredded lettuce
1/4 cup of diced tomatoes

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the grilled chicken strips to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned on both sides.
Spread the honey mustard sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the cooked chicken strips on one slice of bread and top with lettuce and tomatoes.
Place the other slice of bread on top and press down lightly to secure it in place.
Heat a separate skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in it for 3-4 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
Remove from heat and serve warm with your favorite side dish or salad!
