Ingredients:

150g gluten
free flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled slightly
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup milk of choice (dairy or non
dairy)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet with butter or oil.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey or maple syrup and milk until combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of dough for each roll and place on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart from each other.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown on top and cooked through in the center. Allow to cool before serving.
