Ingredients:

2 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy
1 whole wheat wrap
2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing
½ cup cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
¼ cup romaine lettuce, chopped
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess grease.
Place the wrap on a flat surface and spread the Caesar dressing evenly over it.
Top with the cooked chicken breast, lettuce, parmesan cheese and bacon slices.
Fold the wrap in half and press down lightly to seal it shut.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the wrap in it seam side down. Cook for about 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Remove from the skillet and cut in half before serving warm or at room temperature.
