Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of hot sauce
1 cooked chicken breast, sliced into strips
1/4 cup of shredded lettuce
1/4 cup of diced tomatoes

Cooking Instructions:

Toast the two slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toast.
Sprinkle the hot sauce over the mayonnaise on one slice of toast.
Place the chicken strips on top of the hot sauce and mayonnaise.
Top with lettuce and tomatoes.
Place the other slice of toast on top and press down lightly to secure it in place.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
