Ingredients:

1 bagel
2 slices of smoked salmon
½ an avocado
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut the bagel in half and place it on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes until lightly toasted.
Meanwhile, mash the avocado in a bowl with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the cream cheese on both halves of the bagel.
Top each half with a slice of smoked salmon and spread the mashed avocado over it.
