Ingredients:

2 slices of rye bread
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
2 ounces of sliced turkey deli meat
1/4 cup of sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup of Swiss cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the melted butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices in the skillet butter side down.
Layer the turkey deli meat on one slice of bread followed by the sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
Cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before slicing in half and serving with Thousand Island dressing on the side.
