Ingredients:

2 slices of rye bread
2 ounces of pastrami, smoked
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of coleslaw mix
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of honey mustard dressing

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 225°F. Place the pastrami on the smoker and cook for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and honey mustard dressing. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Toast the rye bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Assemble the sandwich by spreading one side of each slice with mayonnaise and topping one slice with the pastrami and the other with the slaw mixture. Serve immediately.
